Walking my way to rewards through Bounts

It's been a LONG time since I last blogged but I just HAD to share details about an AMAZING company I've been introduced to.

Having been on a diet since January 2014 (going really well with over 5st 7lbs gone so far), I decided in the new year that it was about time I got myself motivated and mobile.

With funds being an issue, and a lack of incentive to join a gym, I decided walking regularly would be a great start.

One of the girls in a FB group I'm a member of introduced me to #Bounts. Using apps such as Runkeeper, Strava, Moves, even your FitBit amongst others, you earn points for activity which can be redeemed for vouchers and rewards. 

It's so easy to set up an account and sync apps. You can be earning your first points in no time.

There are no catches and the vouchers I've redeemed my points for have all arrived really quickly. 

It's proved a massive inventive. I now walk anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hrs a day and earn around 45 points per day towards incentives. 

It's great knowing I'm getting fitter, toning and exploring some of the beautiful areas of my town (often written off as ugly in it's industrial nature) and earning rewards at the same time.
